Arducam 64MP in Raspberry pi 4b Unicam has timed out

I am using Raspberry pi 4b with Arducam 64 MP camera. I have sometime error when my camera running and after this error my camera gone hang. I also attached error massage.

/dev/video0 : Dequeue timer of 475252000.00us has expired!
Unicam has timed out!

It seems that there is a problem with the cable, check to see if it is plugged in properly.

I think it is not a problem with the cable because when I restart my raspberry pi, it runs perfactly.
