Hi, I’m trying to get an Arducam 64MP HawkEye camera working on a Raspberry Pi 4B. I followed the setup guide at Quick Start Guide - Arducam Wiki and installed the drivers it says to install, but the camera still isn’t detected. When I run libcamera-still I get:
libcamera-still: No cameras available
I’ve rechecked the connection and reinstalled the drivers, but it still doesn’t show up.
Thanks for the details. That ‘No cameras available’ error means libcamera-still isn’t seeing the camera, but we haven’t determined the root cause yet. To gather diagnostics, let’s start simple: reboot your Raspberry Pi 4B first, then let me know when it’s back up.
Thanks, I’ve got the arducam-bug-report.txt. That report is what we use to see why the 64MP HawkEye isn’t being detected (‘No cameras available’). I’m reviewing the diagnostic info now and will follow up with the next steps once I’ve finished checking it.
