I’m sorry, but all of our support is now focused solely on the official development kit. If you are using a third-party kit, it’s possible that the bottom plate was made by the third party and may not be compatible with our products. Generally, third-party backplanes may support the imx219 and imx477 by default, but this is not always the case. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to support third-party backplanes as there are too many and it’s beyond our scope.
