AR0230 on Jetson Nano

Hi,

I am wondering when connecting the AR0230 camera module to the Jetson nano, do I need the JetVariety adapter board ? If so, are the adapter boards also needed when connecting two AR0230 cameras to the Stereo HAT ?

No, AR0230 does not require JetVariety adapter board.
If so, are the adapter boards also needed when connecting two AR0230 cameras to the Stereo HAT ?
Stereo HAT does not support AR0230
