Is it normal for 64MP cam making cracking or clicking sound when start, focus or stop?

This is normal.

This is pretty awful. Especially when making a timelapse. Is there a way to make rolling pictures? Keep the camera running while taking a picture every x seconds?

Update: Just had a bit more of a look at libcamera and I’m using the internal timelapse functionality now, while calling an autofocus before I start.
