5MP PTZ Camera capture photos not working

Hi,

I’m make some project using Arducam 5MP PTZ Camera for RPi3 B+.

So, I bought the camera last Friday and got it Today.

And I tested it by referring to this guide.(https://www.arducam.com/docs/cameras-for-raspberry-pi/ptz-camera/user-guide/)

The camera works well with auto-focusing and zooming, but capture photos not working. (The camera alwasy detected.)

Hello,

It seems the FPC connection on the camera is not stable. Please try to reconnect the sensor to FPC connector on camera board.
